We stand by our work and provide a warranty for a period of one year from the date of issuance of the "Certificate of Occupancy" for the work performed.

Eleven months following the completion of your project, you will receive a letter reminding you that the one-year warranty period is about to expire. This is a good time to verify the areas constructed met the challenges of the seasons.

NOTE: Items like floor squeaks, cracks and nail pops in the sheetrock, cracking of wood and variation in stain are normal conditions of natural products and not to be considered warranty items.
