Everything should be selected and specified before construction begins to ensure a painless process.  The construction documents consist of the Construction Agreement, Plan Set, Specifications and Scope of Work.  A Gantt chart schedule will be provided indicating each portion of work required until completion.

Each client has varying tolerances for the inherent chaos that exists with renovating an occupied home.  Because 9 out of 10 of our projects are owner-occupied, we take great care in training our personnel, trades and material suppliers to treat the home and customer with courtesy and respect.

We are RELATIONAL, not TRANSACTIONAL.  This is evident in the 85% rate of repeat and referral customers we enjoy.
