Communication

Consistent and open communication will enhance your understanding of the project, provide us an opportunity to exchange ideas, and ultimately help to make the experience a positive one for everyone involved. The suggestions listed below will ensure that the necessary communication occurs.

  • Determine who we should contact for daily decisions or after-hours emergencies. We will determine the best form of communication in advance, especially if you will be traveling.
  • A communication board will be posted in your house to encourage written notes with your Project Manager to supplement phone and email messages. Safety compliance information, emergency information and the project schedule are also posted on the communication board.
  • Speak up. If you are uncertain about any aspect of the job, bring your concerns to our attention. We want the project to be a satisfying experience and will work with you to achieve that goal.
