The existing Bonus Room included this small balcony. To meet the goals of this project, the entire Bonus Room needed to be removed and reconstructed.
The garage below was to remain, but with significant structural improvements to support the expanded room above.
Although the home was vacant during construction, the site was maintained to our standards of security, cleanliness and jobsite safety.
