TERMS:

CPS - Certified Sales Professional.

DOM - Days on Market.  Depending on the conditions of the market, this number could exceed 60.  A number of our homes have sold within 15.  Some as low as 5.

LTV - Loan to Value.  The percentage relationship between the amount of the loan and the appraised value or sales price (whichever is lower).

MLS - Muliple Listings Service.  Licensed agents and brokers have restricted access to review all properties listed.
