"4 Winds of Tenhulzen" - Turbine B2
Tenhulzen Remodeling, Inc. has named a wind turbine at the PSE Wild Horse facility in Vantage, WA. The name represents each of the 4 divisions Remodeling, Custom Homes, Design and Real Estate. On a relatively windy October 3rd, 2008, Tenhulzen management staff was given the opportunity to name wind turbine number B2.
This is the 5th Vestas wind turbine to be named on the Wild Horse site. Each 104 ton tower is 221 feet tall at the hub center. Each blade is 129 feet long, creating a overall diameter larger than the wingspan of a Boeing 747, rotating at 15.5 RPM for maximum generating power. The 127 wind turbines produce enough power for 50,000 households.
Tenhulzen Remodeling is proud to support the effort toward going green.
