The Preliminary Design Agreement consists of the following:
Measure existing structure
Create As-Built drawings
Preliminary design
Proposed layout of architectural improvements
Optional layouts may also be provided
Preliminary sketches
Photographs traced to produce perspective sketches with proposed structures
ACC review
Provide sufficient information for neighborhood Architectural Control Committee to approve before commencing with full scale design work
