Autocad files are copied to the Interior Designer for development of the interior floorplans, elevations and electrical drawings.
Interior drawings are developed as a result of the Needs Assessment and any subsequent Design Addendums. They will ultimately communicate the following information:
  • Interior sections
  • Cabinetry positioning
  • Tile layouts
  • Placement of electrical and plumbing fixtures
  • Millwork details
  • Descriptions of interior finishes

The interior planset may consist of anywhere from 1 page to a dozen pages, depending on the size and complexity of the project. The entire planset includes the construction drawings as well. The completed set of drawings are ultimately approved by the appropriate jurisdiction and distributed to:

  • Office of the Contractor
  • Homeowner
  • Project Manager
  • Trade Contractors (individual sheets, as necessary)
