Construction drawings consist of the architectural plans, engineering and building code notations required for submittal to the appropriate jurisdiction.

Approval of Construction Documents is required before proceeding with the Interior Design Process.

Preliminary cost estimating is generally performed at this point to ensure the project guidelines are tracking budget.
