Following the initial interview with the Project Consultant, each prospective client is introduced to a staff Architect and Interior Designer.
The Needs Assessment is a formal interview to determine the best course of action for developing the project. The more information gathered at this phase of the project, the better the chances of representing the project accurately during the preliminary design review.
A picture is worth a thousand words. We suggest collecting as many images of features, colors and products you like and dislike as you can. This helps to limit the amount of guesswork by our design staff.
The Needs Assessment will be the primary document from which all other design work stems. If a change occurs through the course of design, a Design Addendum will reference the change relative to the Needs Assessment.
