This space is used generally for sourcing ideas for design meetings because of its 3 walls of cabinetry and centrally-located cocktail-height table.
History: This room was the back portion of a garage original to the 1991 renovation. In 2007, it became an expansion of the existing Design Center. The skylight was one of 2 original to the garage. The other exists in the production room.
Factoid: Access to this space was through the existing cabinetry, countertop and load-bearing wall. Today, you can see how the modification was treated with capped 1/2 walls.
