Design as a verb is defined as "creating a detailed plan of something". The most critical element in a vision is the ability to set that vision down so that others can see how it is to be achieved. At Tenhulzen, it was an epiphany early on that we could not build a superior product without a superior design. This is true regardless of the project - whether it is a small bath remodel or a 10,000 sq. ft. custom home. A detailed design is absolutely necessary for a successful project.

Design is a fluid process that requires expertise, focus and attention to the owner's goals, relative to the budget. Each project is planned to incorporate several meetings to determine all of the requirements of your project. We will create a design schedule based on our experience, factoring in typical decision-making timelines.
