Tenhulzen's site features two multimedia presentations that walk prospective customers through the processes of architectural design and interior design. The presentations are viewable as Macromedia Flash movies, and the graphics are limited, consisting mainly of text floating in and out of view, with a select number of pictures. These demonstrations are smooth, high-end and suit the company's high-tech, Internet-savvy target audience. The audio portions of the presentations guide the user through the preliminary steps of a remodeling project. In interior design, for example, the presentation describes a typical conversation with a designer about creating a personality of place through colors, texture and material, how this translates into a design memo and how it eventually becomes a construction agreement.

Bottom line: Through the use of multimedia, the company does an excellent job of giving potential customers a sense of the planning that goes into a project before construction begins.
