Architect
Working within a team environment to coordinate the entire architectural design process in keeping with the schedule, from the preliminary planning to execution of the final set of building plans.

Position includes working with clients to incorporate their ideas and expectations into a buildable project and keeping them informed of how their decisions can affect their budgets. As-builts, conceptual drawings, preliminaries and construction drawings are performed in AutoCAD. Outlook and Word are also used.

Project Manager
On-site working superintendant who maintains efficiency and profitability of individual projects through the daily application of management tools.

Position includes utilizing tools for managing the project while performing field carpentry labor and overseeing the labor of other company employees and Trade Contractors. It is the responsibility of this position to keep the job site in a clean, orderly manner with as little disruption to the occupants as is feasibly possible, and ensuring there is no smoking on any job site.

Lead Carpenter
Working within a team environment with a Project Manager to manage production on each jobsite.

Position also includes following job site safety standards, and maintaining job site in a clean, orderly manner with as little disruption to the occupants as is feasibly possible.

Smoking is not allowed on any job site.
