The Certified Graduate Remodeler seal represents an exclusive, professional designation bestowed by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
"The CGR designation requires that graduates meet prescribed standards of business practice, possess a minimum of five years remodeling industry experience, have a proven track record of successful project management, complete a comprehensive education curriculum, and pledge to uphold the program's code of ethics." NAHB - Website - "What is a Certified Graduate Remodelor".
A team member's completion of the NAHB's course means that Tenhulzen clients can be assured of a level of competency not often equaled in the remodeling industry; and this provides just one more important element in achieving peace of mind for Tenhulzen customers.
Our Mission Statement and our Employee Handbook regard continuing education as an important part of our corporate development. The focus is on serving our cusomers in the best possible way.
Firsts:
Jack Tenhulzen qualified as the first Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) in the State of Washington; Patricia Tenhulzen was the first female CGR in the State; and Michael Tenhulzen is the first second-generation CGR. There are 6 other CGR's on staff, and several additional crew members are currently enrolled in classes to achieve the CGR designation.
